The Morning After "Pill"

OK...let's face it, there isn't a magic pill that will "change" what happened yesterday, but I am looking forward to "4 more years" of conservative talk radio, right?  Oh...wait a minute...B.O's mandate includes the "Fairness Doctrine" so we can expect fewer voices on the air...not more.  This is really beginning to sound like "the S word."  Socialism and Fascism have certain aspects in common--one of them is the quieting of opposing voices.  God help us if our new government, ill-equipped for checks and balances, ever tries to silence the voices of 55,543,527 people who voted against "HOPE & CHANGE."

Oh...news flash...this just in...Hamas has already launched 35 rockets at Israel as violence breaks out in the Middle East.  Let the change for hope and the hope for change begin!

How could he have lost??

C'mon people....
With the entire media on his side, how could B.O have lost?  I think that John McCain should be commended for competing as well as he did with his competitor on the cover of nearly every magazine in America, nearly every week.

I just about lost my mind when I found him on the cover of Rolling Stone for the 3rd time this year.  I keep wondering how long it will take before he runs out of ideas, runs out of mystique and runs out of energy, pretending to be a Capitalist.

Let's face it, even liberals own small businesses and try to generate wealth.  It won't be long before they have to lay people off because of their increased taxes because of out-of-control spending in Washington.

Good night America, and Good Luck.

Read it and weep

If anyone is unsure about what life under our new, socialist President is going to feel like, I recommend a book called "The Forgotten Man" by Amity Shlaes.

Here's a link to my highly rated review of the book:

Prepare to be amazed at how similar the socio-economical climate was back then, compared to how it is now!
